Starting school is a significant event in the life of children and their families. At Botany PS, we believe that strong relationships and information sharing between families, early childhood settings and schools help support your child's successful transition to school.

Transition and Orientation Program

Our transition to school program is designed to support families and students during the transition from preschool to primary school. 

School Tours

Small group school tours will take place during Term 2. Bookings are essential. To book a spot for your family, click here.   

Orientation Days

Orientations days are an important chance for your child to have a snapshot of school life at Botany and for us to get to know your child. During orientation sessions, the children will meet some of our teachers, engage in fun activities and make new friends with their peers. 

Welcome Pack 

In Term 4, all families enrolled will receive a welcome pack. This pack will provide you with all the information that you will need for a successful start to school.
